We sometimes can't ship to certain parts of a country, or handle parcels that are over a specific weight or size. If your order hasn't shipped within two business days and you suspect this might be the reason, please contact our customer service team at shop@eslgaming.com.

The international shipping cost you pay to us covers only the transportation of your package, not these extra fees.
