We sometimes can't ship to certain parts of a country, or handle parcels that are over a specific weight or size. If your order hasn't shipped within two business days and you suspect this might be the reason, please contact our customer service team at shop@eslgaming.com.

Your order may be subject to additional charges, such as customs fees, taxes or duties, upon delivery. The international shipping cost you pay to us covers only the transportation of your package, not these extra fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned, and we will only be able to refund your original purchase price - not the shipping cost.
